Summary:Heterotopic pancreas is a rare entity, usually asymptomatic, and found incidentally during laparotomy, when symptomatic it is for some complication, gastric obstruction, gastrointestinal hemorrhage, Meckel's diverticulum, obstructive jaundice. We report four patients, with this diagnostic and make a bibliographic review of this entity.
