Summary: | Previously abstracted from the original as item 9005-B2-D-0279. Factors behind the need to raise the speed of development of diagnostic procedures and increase the informativeness of results of parameters monitoring have been considered. An evaluation was carried out of the probabilistic properties of certain information parameters. The idea of a diagnostic combination as a selection of indices characterising the level-monitoring suitability of structures for diagnostic purposes was formulated. It was shown that this approach enables diagnostic procedures for articles of the same type to be unified. The main stages of designing diagnostic models are distinguished and discussed. |
