Summary: | This article aims to present, in the conception of People with Disabilities (PcD) graduates of professional training, the contribution of this training to its inclusion in the world of work. An exploratory and descriptive research was conducted, with a qualitative cross-sectional approach. The procedures were: bibliographic, documentary and field research. Semi-structured interview script was the instrument applied in data collection. Twenty-eight interviews were conducted with PcD graduates from the professional training of SENAI/SP and applied the technique of content analysis. The NVivo 12 software was used in data analysis. The results indicate that, in the conception of graduates, professional training enables the discovery of their abilities and potentialities; allows them to be productive, interact in the work environment and contribute to society, feeling included. It was found that there were positive impacts on the lives of all subjects, related to the rescue of values such as self-esteem, autonomy and citizenship. |
