Summary: | The GeTeSb vitreous alloys studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) show two glass transition temperatures followed two crystallization temperatures, showing the existence of two amorphous states in the sample. The first crystallization corresponds to that of tellurium in the hexagonal form, the second corresponds essentially to the crystallization of Te+GeTe. The crystallization kinetic processes were analyzed by using the Kissinger's methods. |
