Summary:To meet the reading needs of its students, the Program Design for a VoEd Reading Center was developed for use at the Oswego County BOCES Occupational Education Center in Mexico, New York. In this program the reading coordinator works with the students & teachers within the range of course content to help the student reach objectives that he had been unable to reach because of a reading problem. The reading program's main objective is to assist the student in reaching maximum employability. The secondary objectives of improved reading performance will hopefully be a by-product of the main objective. AA
