Summary:The problem of finding suitable occupations and means of livelihood for returning soldiers and sailors is going to be a pressing question in the near future. At the close of the war this problem will at once become acute and will involve finding means of taking care, not only of the millions of soldiers and sailors, but also of workers in munition factories and others wlhose occupations have been diverted from their normal course. The land question has come to the front during or after every war in which our country has been engaged.
