Structural, magnetic and dielectric properties of non conducting nanocomposites for RF applications

This paper describes solution-cast, spin-coating and hot-press planarization process for preparing metal/polymer magnetic nanocomposites films on silicon. Non-equivalent properties combining non-conducting, high permeability and enhanced permittivity with high percolation threshold are discussed.
