Description
Summary:The results of the temperature influence on the phase structure, magnetic properties and ferromagnetic resonance of the ferromagnetic (Py) / noble metal (Ag) / ferromagnetic (Co) structures were studied. The resonance parameters of studying structure were identified. The dependence of investigated magnetic parameters vs. thickness of non-magnetic layer was founded. Thus, the value of the resonance field is increases from 650 to 687 Oe at the increasing of the Ag interlayer thickness from 3 to 12 nm. At the same time the effective magnetization is decreases from 1330 to 1250 emu/cm 3 . Such behavior of the investigated parameter values is a result of exchange interaction between the Py and Co layers.
