Symmetric group based Petri nets in biogeochemical cycles
In this paper we construct a Petri net for a given symmetric group with a generating set. We show that if this net has a subset of places which are both siphon and trap then the dual of this net has a correspondence with carbon cycle, one of the major biogeochemical cycles.
