Abstract By using the analytic hierarchy, we solved the problem of optimizing the model of factors of composite design of infographic. It is shown that the obtained results give an opportunity to explore the presence and consistency of pair wise comparisons of weight factors, but also open the possibility of obtaining a numerical assessment of the interrelationships between them in the original graph. Thereby, the solution of the problem of optimizing the model of the hierarchy of the factors of compositional design of infographic provides the ordering of requirements for automation of the process of designing infographics.
