Summary: | This paper proposes a brand new strategy of pitch control, a PID-Fuzzy control for nonlinear plants, applied to a small wind turbine of 20 [kW]. The modelling and parameter identification of a 20 [kW] wind turbine will be reviewed, treating the main problem of pitch control, how to address the non-linearity of the system.
