A magnetic field tuned metal-insulator transition in unconventional metallic K-doped MoO2
This paper reports magnetoresistance measurements in polycrystalline samples of K0.05MoO2−δ which demonstrate the occurrence of metal–insulator transition driven by magnetic field. The results are consistent with the Bose metal scenario and the two parameter scaling analysis proposed by Das and Doni...

Summary: | This paper reports magnetoresistance measurements in polycrystalline samples of K0.05MoO2−δ which demonstrate the occurrence of metal–insulator transition driven by magnetic field. The results are consistent with the Bose metal scenario and the two parameter scaling analysis proposed by Das and Doniach was applied. The results suggest a possible explanation for the unconventional metallic behavior observed in the K0.05MoO2−δ compound. |
