Summary: | Compared with the airborne platforms and weapons, ballistic missile could hit the target with a much higher speed and within a shorter time. Active anti-missile operation should be executed according to the preplaned procedures, which is also different from the anti-air operations. Therefore, computing the critical timelines of the anti-missile operations is one of the most important part and the perquisite for planning the anti-missile operations. This paper gave the procedures for computing the critical timelines of anti-missile operations, which consists of coordinate frame transformation, judging the way of BM penetrating into an out of the interceptor's kill zone, computing the flight time of interceptor's flying to the penetrating point and forward deduction of critical timelines of the kill chain. Lastly, we have used a simulation example to demonstrate the above procedures. |
