Description
Summary:This paper implements a time variant dynamical DC motor model for windows pinch protection. The model includes the commutator effect in the armature current that is frequently used in anti-pinch protection of automotive power window lifters. The variations of armature resistance and inductance are also modeled in the time variant model. Experimental results obtained are used to validate the implemented model.
