Description
Summary:This paper addresses a robust stabilisation problem of nonlinear systems with decaying external disturbances using output measurements via finite data-rate communication channels. We assume that there exist an observer and a control law for the systems in the absence of any finite data-rate communication channel. Based on the observer and the control law, we construct an encoder/decoder pair and provide conditions that will guarantee the stability of the closed-loop systems when finite data-rate communication channels are introduced.
