Description
Summary:Chaos derives from random concussion and fluctuation. Due to the ubiquity of uncertainty and nonlinearity, an enterprise is always in complex internal and external environments. Chaos has become a normality, and traditional strategic management theory and methods, based on the assumption of simplicity and linearity, no longer apply. Management science requires new theoretical methods to help enterprises cope with the changes of the concussive environment, so as to realize the adaptive evolution from chaos. This article presents a "Concussion-Response" chaotic synchronization pattern illustrating the process of enterprises' adjustment to the environment, analyses the essential factors of concussion and response subsystems in the enterprise system, based on which a chaotic synchronization pattern is established using Lorenz equations set, and at the end presents the chaotic synchronization strategy matrix for enterprises.
