Summary:China has maintained a close association with Japan in some aspects since ancient times, including politics, economy and culture. Thus, there are some similarities between the two countries in the cultures of leadership, and some significant differences cannot be ignored. The essay will analyze different characteristics of leadership between China and Japan supporting by Hofstedes' dimensions. Additionally, how to communicate effectively and acceptably with colleagues in an emergency during a project is also considered.
