Summary:In the paper spectral characteristics of sensitive element of primary transducer of protein optical sensor are investigated. The sensitive element is based on a cholesteric liquid crystal (CLC). Designed sensitive element can be used as primary transducer of protein optical sensor. The problem of minimization of a parasitic influence of outer uninformative optical radiation and electromagnetic noises is being solved. The result was achieved by a combination of two methods - frequency-selective transimpedance amplification of photocurrent and consequent correlation conversion of the signal.
