Abstract Numerous studies on propagation characteristics in corridor environments have been conducted. Furthermore, several standardized models have been developed and released by organizations such as ITU-R, 3GPP, ETSI, etc. However, most of these models are not applicable for frequencies above 100 GHz. Nevertheless, the sub- THz band, which encompasses frequencies between 100 GHz and 300 GHz, is being considered as a potential candidate band for 6G. In this context, this paper presents corridor environment measurements at 159 GHz and analyzes their propagation characteristics. The measurements were conducted using a 5-GHz-bandwidth channel sounder for high-resolution delay domain analysis. Horn antennas were installed at both the Tx and the Rx, and they were rotated for angular domain analysis. Both the best directional characteristics (among all the rotational Tx-Rx combinations), denoted by "Max-Dir", and synthesized omnidirectional characteristics, denoted by "Syn-Omni", were derived for path loss and delay spread. Additionally, angular spread statistics were calculated.
