Description
Summary:This paper presents the design and implementation of a third-order Chebyshev bandpass microstrip filter with coupled lines for the transmission of two channels of digital television, which are located at frequencies 524 and 536 MHz respectively, in the city of Hermosillo, Mexico. This filter focuses on the frequency of 530 MHz with a bandwidth of approximately 12 MHz. FR4 substrate with a relative permittivity of 4.3 and a width of 1.6 mm was used in its construction. Then, the parameters S11 and S21 of the filter were analyzed, characterized and validated.
