Summary:The initial COVID-19 testing strategy included individuals who had international travel history with symptoms, symptomatic contacts of laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 patients and symptomatic healthcare workers managing respiratory distress/severe acute respiratory illness (SARI)[3]. Only four imported cases were confirmed for SARS-CoV-2. [...]this study highlights the importance of screening for other respiratory viruses in case of patients presenting with respiratory symptoms.
