Targeting dendritic cells in humanized mice receiving adoptive T cells via monoclonal antibodies fused to Flu epitopes

Highlights • DCs targeted with vaccine in humanized mice cross present antigen. • DC targeting vaccines elicit specific CD8+ T cells in NOD/SCID β2−/− humanized mice. • DC targeting vaccines induced higher magnitude responses in vivo than in vitro.
