盐水环境对预腐蚀铝合金腐蚀疲劳性能的影响

The influence of saline environment on fatigue property of pre-corroded 7XXX aluminum alloy were investigated by means of fatigue life experiments of pre-corroded 7XXX aluminum alloys ( Kt = 1 and Kt = 3 ) in laboratory air environment and saline environment. The results showed that saline environment significantly reduces fatigue property of pre-corroded 7XXX aluminum alloy. Laboratory air environment enlarges the dispersivity of fatigue life which becomes larger with the lower stress level. Fatigue life ( gt = 1 ) is little reduced at a high stress level in saline environment and is 22.71% of that in air environment. However, it is significantly deduced at a low stress level in saline environment and is 2.22% of that in air environment
