Lobar or Sublobar Resection for Peripheral Stage IA Non–Small-Cell Lung Cancer

In a randomized trial, sublobar resection was noninferior to lobectomy for disease-free survival among patients with peripheral clinical stage T1aN0 (≤2 cm) non–small-cell lung cancer.
