Summary:	The current study used multiple looks at serum concentration to determine individualized kinetic parameters to customize patient doses. Because this is labor intensive, it begs the question whether the results of this study, or a similar study with a larger population, could be used to create and validate a dosing nomogram that would apply generally to ICU patients.
