Covalent Conjugation of Fluorescence Probes to Nanoparticles for Signal Enhancement

Herein, we report the rational design of an AB2-type monomer for sequentially self-assembling nanoparticles and covalently capturing probes to their surfaces for fluorescence enhancement.
