Summary:Nemorimyza Frey, 1946 (Diptera, Agromyzidae) is a genus of leaf-miner flies, with only five known species, some potentially polyphagous. Nemorimyza posticata (Meigen, 1830) is recorded from Brazil here for the first time. We provide a diagnosis of this species, including images of the male terminalia. We also provide a key for the five Neotropical species of the genus Nemorimyza, with host and distribution information for each species.
