Fulminant cardiac sarcoidosis in childhood

Sarcoidosis is uncommon in childhood and cardiac involvement is rare. 1,2 In adults, however, sudden death may be the initial manifestation of cardiac sarcoidosis. 3 This report describes a child with cardiac sarcoidosis.
