Description
Summary:A 69-year-old man who had widespread bony metastatic disease from prostate cancer also had a long history of diffuse joint pain. Tc-99m MDP whole-body imaging showed progression of a diffuse metastatic pattern, with increased tracer uptake in the supraorbital rims. These lesions in the supraorbital rims represent an unusual variant of bony metastases to the skull.
