Summary:ABSTRACT We describe a patient with an unusual presentation of multiple arteriovenous haemangioma (AVH) grouped in one area of the scalp. The diagnosis was confirmed by histological, X‐ray and ultrasound studies. These lesion represent a rare, benign, acquired vascular hamartomatous formation that arises from the suprapapillary vascular plexus.
