Magnetic anisotropy of nickel nanowire array in porous silicon

Ordered nickel nanowire arrays formed by electrochemical deposition in a mesoporous silicon matrix have been studied by the ferromagnetic resonance technique. It is established that the samples exhibit uniaxial magnetic anisotropy of the easy-axis or easy-plane type depending on the matrix porosity....

Description
Summary:Ordered nickel nanowire arrays formed by electrochemical deposition in a mesoporous silicon matrix have been studied by the ferromagnetic resonance technique. It is established that the samples exhibit uniaxial magnetic anisotropy of the easy-axis or easy-plane type depending on the matrix porosity. Values of the anisotropy field and g -factor in the samples are determined.
