Summary:We present 10 patients with double aortic arch with atresia of the distal left arch segment, a form of incomplete double aortic arch, and describe the distinct MRI and CT findings for this potentially symptomatic vascular ring. Knowledge of the distinctive imaging appearance of this congenital arch anomaly can direct the radiologist to the correct preoperative diagnosis.
