Summary:Intrauterine devices (IUD) are the commonly used long-acting, reversible and effective method of contraception. Migration of IUD into the bladder via uterine perforation is a very rare complication. In this paper, we aimed to present two different cases with different migration steps. In the first case, IUD was petrified and completely migrated into the bladder wall; in the second case, IUD was hanged on to the bladder wall.
