Correlation between photographic and electrical properties of the polymer–semiconductor–salt of metal photosensitive composition

In the current paper experimental data about changes in the electrical properties (relative permittivity) of the PVA–ZnO–BiCl3 photosensitive composition under UV radiation are presented. Also the correlation between dielectric constant and density of optical blackening are investigated.
