Description
Summary:Few papers deal with this problem in the literature. Treating these patients gives rise to specific diagnostic and therapeutic problems widely influenced by pregnancy. The use of one of twin popliteal veins, as an arterial by-pass conduit is also a specificity of this case report. 2 years later, vascular result is achieved, but heavy neurological and functional problems remain as a permanent handicap due to a too long delay before revascularisation. The problem of knee instability remains unresolved to date.
