Description
Summary:The angular analysis of rare decays deserves much attention in literature due to rich structure and great potential to discover New Physics. There are several 2–3 discrepancies with the SM predictions, which can be accounted for by the introduction of New Physics. In this paper we will not address these issues, but concentrate on the SM predictions. The aim of the present letter is to consider scalar-sensitive observables and review the SM result for the latter. It is a well-known fact that the corresponding contributions are heavily suppressed in the SM and usually neglected. Nevertheless, we present the explicit result for the leading contribution, which can be of interest when comparing with possible NP predictions. In addition, we briefly discuss possible prospects of experimental study of the corresponding observables.
