Description
Summary:Thermal behavior of the surface of coatings formed on titanium specimens by plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) in phosphate—borate—tungstate electrolyte containing manganese acetate as a precursor was studied. High-temperature annealing in air allows directional obtaining of ensembles of nano- and microcrystals of definite composition and geometry on the surface of specimens with multicomponent PEO coatings.
