Description
Summary:A method for mathematical description of local stress condition and formation of plastic zones near spherical pores formed at room temperature in the volume of low-alloy structural steels during their electrolytic hydrogen saturation under stress is proposed. The impact of external tension stress and pressure of gases (hydrogen and methane) in pores is taken into account. The method is promising for specification of kinetic parameters of destruction processes in structural steels under conditions of hydrogen stress corrosion.
