Abstract | TiO2-PANI electrode is employed to develop the nano biosensor for diagnosis the Typhoid with high accuracy. Sensor has prepared by spin coating method on a silicon substrate by depositing TiO2-PANI as a sensing material. The nano particle was characterised by using X-Ray diffraction, UV- visible spectrometry to know the structural and optical properties. X-Ray diffraction pattern shows the peak in between 20-30o. The result of UV- visible spectroscopy reviles the absorption curve at 390 nm. The morphology of TiO2 nanostructure is confirmed by FESEM. The Antibody (Anti-typhi) immobilized on TiO2-PANI have a sensitive detection of salmonella antigens from the sample. The linear variation of resistance indicates the detection of salmonella typhi in earlier stage with accuracy to the different concentration of salmonella typhi concentration. |
