Description
Summary:Fine-needle aspiration guided by endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) has shown promising results in establishing the cytological diagnosis of lesions identified during endoscopic ultrasound examinations. We report here on a case of recurrent hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosed by EUS-guided biopsy in which curative resection was possible as a result of early diagnosis.
