LOIS—a Program for Refining the Orbits of Artificial Earth Satellites Using Global Positioning Systems

The LOIS (Low Orbit Improvement Software) program used for high-precision positioning of low-orbit artificial Earth satellites is presented. The differential methods used in the program to refine the orbits are described. The results of refinement of model orbits are presented.
