Summary: | In this work, investigations were carried out into the distribution of local deformation epsilon sub n (n) along the tensile loading axis of heterogeneous specimens by the method of deposition of a reference grid. 300x100x8 mm exp 3 components were welded with a standard V-shaped welding gap made of 10G2S steel using pulsed arc CO sub 2 welding with Sv-08G2S wire, diameter 1.2 mm. The width of the gap was 2.5 mm. The welded joint was produced in three passes by welding from top to bottom. A one-sided root weld was produced with the formation of a reverse bead without a backing strip or root welding. The tensile specimens were cut under water in an electro-erosion machine. the microstructure of the material was examined using a MIM-8 optical microscope. To investigate the distribution of local strains in local welding, a reference gird with a cell size of 1x0.5 mm exp 2 was deposited on the polished surface of the specimen. The surface of the specimen was photographed in the initial condition and after tensile loading. |
