Further Observations of Cygnus X-3 at 8 GHz during the September 1972 Outbursts

FOLLOWING the large radio event on September 2 in Cygnus X-3 (ref. 1) a second large outburst was detected on September 19 (ref. 2). Here we describe the results of measurements of the circular and linear polarization and of the flux density made during the second and subsequent outbursts.
