Summary: | This article aims to present tests of one data analytics engine in order to evaluate the efficiency and practicality of the chosen tools (Elasticsearch ecosystem - ELK), based on data collected from Twitter. The study is motivated by the need to choose data analysis tools appropriate to the Participact Brasil project where scientific research is carried out on urban problems in smart cities. We can conclude that ELK ecosystem provides a set of efficient and fast tools. However, despite the large amount of technical documentation, the installation and use of the tools want the monitoring of specialists, besides requiring a more robust computing environment than the conventional one. |
