Experimental work is carried out to determine the effect of hardening of centrifugally cast blanks by fine carbide particles. The machinability of blanks, the life, and the deformation of the cutting tool are analyzed. The dependences of the tool life on the cutting speed and force and the cutting depth in the blanks are experimentally obtained.
