Abstract This paper considers load at uniform separation, which was determined by the probe tack as a criterion for the stickiness of binders and prepregs. In this paper, the stickiness of prepregs based on unidirectional carbon fiber of a modified epoxy binder was studied depending on the time and load during prepreg compaction, temperature, and the amount of active diluent used. The application of the results of the study will improve the efficiency of production of high-quality composite materials.
