No modelo de integração de sistemas, os fabricantes de avião mantêm internamente as atividades associadas às suas competências essenciais e transferem aquelas associadas às suas competências periféricas aos fornecedores. Foram identificadas as seguintes consequências: o crescimento das alianças estratégicas na indústria aeronáutica; a internacionalização das cadeias aeronáuticas, com o fortalecimento de atividades produtivas em algumas regiões geográficas; os desafios relacionados à base de fornecedores domésticos e ao adensamento das cadeias nacionais; o maior poder dos fornecedores da primeira camada; a contribuição à disseminação de conhecimento entre cadeias de suprimentos; e o potencial surgimento de novos competidores |

In the model of system integration, these manufacturers maintain internally the activities associated with their basic skills and transfer their skills to peripheral suppliers. We identified the following consequences: the growth of strategic alliances in the airline industry, the internationalization of aeronautical chains, with the strengthening of productive activities in some geographic regions; challenges related to the domestic supplier base and the consolidation of national chains, the greatest power suppliers of the first layer, the contribution to the dissemination of knowledge among supply chains, and the potential emergence of new competitors.
