PRINCIPLE OF RELATIVITY IN PHYSICAL PICTURE PEACE AND ITS PHILOSOPHICAL VALUE

There is «a tradition» to criticize Einstein`s relativity theory for its scientifically unjustified name, based on Lorentz transformation - a special theory of relativity. Q. Minkovski, who interpreted this theory from the perspective of geometrical formalism, started this trend of critical tradition in the intellectual history. As a rule, the critics of the name of Einstein`s theory - the theory of relativity, use the geometrical or physical methods of argumentation for support their vision. However, while doing this, they don`t pay attention to the philosophical consideration and ontological significance of the term. Meanwhile, the very fact of this philosophical consideration, as more fundamental principle, causes the name of the theory. The formation of the special theory of relativity (STR) is an attempt to describe the laws of nature, and the attribute of matter in a whole system. STR is the realization of the vision in terms of physics, about the material unity of the world, the commonality of the structural attribute of matter, harmonic compatibility of laws. We`re tried to analyze the name of Einstein`s theory and justify its methodological importance. There is no independent motion in nature and the laws of nature are relative in various frames of reference.
