Summary:Lobbying is an objectively expressed process of interaction between society and government structures. In Russia, lobbying is often associated with corruption-related processes, which negatively affect the state and municipal management efficiency. The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of the lobbying phenomenon and attempts to distinguish lobbying activities in the political sphere from corruption.
