The dynamic development of information and communication technologies has a significant impact on the operation road transport companies, so nowadays it is difficult to imagine a modern road transport company that does not use information and communication technologies in its work and business. Road transport companies use modern information and communication technologies both in the operational part of the business and management as well as in the process of strategic planning and decision-making. By using modern information and communication technologies, transport companies realize more efficient operations, provide greater competitiveness in the transport market and create preconditions for faster development of the company. Information and communication technologies enable road transport companies to improve their transport services, better organize the work process, and give decision makers at all levels of management significant support in the governance process and provide relevant information used by decision makers.
